I want in the bottom of element block 9 to add a ream more link to redirect the reader in another page in my website.
Is there a way to implement this?

If you want to add a link to block 9, you will have to do it using html in this file: http://screencast.com/t/xLDEkXY8 The theme has no such option so you have to add it through hard-coding.

You should keep a back-up of the modified file or use it in a child theme as that particular file will probably not be modified on each update. If the file will not get modified, you can use the update patch that is included in each version of the theme and replace the files that were modified by the new theme version
