Show post author in post template

Good afternoon.
I’d like to know how to display the post author in page templates as well as in post templates.
Same as it appears on this other website:

Hi,

For the post page you have to edit the loop-single.php file and uncomment the line that displays the author – http://screencast.com/t/wkSt0G49
For pages you have to edit all modules and uncomment the same line – http://screencast.com/t/CZeYPdjSElZp
