Hello we have choosed to use this great theme on two websites. For our convenience we have made a clone of the setting of the first website (already buyed and activated) and before launch (yesterday) we have purchased a second license for the second website.
The theme on the second website seems to be already activated and we’ve not discovered a way to change the activation key from the old key (first website) to the new purchased legitimated key.
We have this problem: we have saved theme options like described in the documentation (with the key of website1) and tried to reset only the activation key. The theme reset every options so we’ve tried to go back and re-import the saved theme options (with the key of website1).
There is a way to re-import back the saved theme options with an already activated key without re-do all the works ? There is a way after this to change the activation key ?

Please do not make any confusion between the Reset Theme Settings button which is here -> http://screencast.com/t/hUfBgEmFueQl and if you push it will reset all your theme panel settings and the Reset Key Button which is here -> http://screencast.com/t/tq80tKU02x and if you push it you will reset the Activation key. Hi, this is our status page right now. We can’t seems able to activate the theme properly

There is no “Reset Key Button” so we’ve tried to “Activate Theme” but doesn’t work. We’ve tried also “Manual Activation” there is no way to activate theme (even if a popup occur with “Activation successful”)
We have a huge problem with the Import/Export Feature because before trying to Activate we’ve exported datas and after the activation the every option and modification made by us has been cleared. So we’ve tried to import using the theme tools but doesn’t work because the option saved before the activation are not restored.
So..
1) What we can do to activate properly the theme ?
2) In which way we can import our previously exported data ?

For activation theme, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and your item purchased code so we can try to activate it. Please keep in mind that the activation theme does not have any influence with your importing or exporting theme settings. If you will check the import/export field you will see that the theme generate a large code which has to be fully copied if you want to bring the best results.
