Hi,
I am trying to activate plugin “td-api-plugin”, when i activate this plugin i got 500 error and website is not working (Frontend and backend). I already deactivated all the plugins and activate only ‘td-api-plugin’. But still facing the same issue. Please let me know if i am missing something and help me to activate this plugin.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is Newspaper 7.5 and also, please try again to re-download the td-api-plugin.php and check the results.

I have another issue with theme and Yoast SEO plugin. When i activate Yoast SEO plugin then it will create issue with Grid Builder in visual Composer. It do not save settings and show some errors in console. Please let me know where is the issue.

I just tested the visual composer grid builder with seo yoast and there was no issue present. Please disable all other plugins except visual composer and seo yoast, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again.

I checked that and its working fine after deactivate all plugins, may b any plugin is conflicting.
I have another query regarding VC Post Grids. Its loading slow when we open or refresh the page. Blocks are loading fast. I want to use VC Post Grids to show posts, is there any way to make VC Post Grids fast? I am not using any animation.

Sorry, but that is a vc element, not a theme element. As far as we know there is no optimization that can be done for visual composer. We do not have any optimization solutions for the plugin, sorry.

Its ok. But i am facing issue with Yoast SEO and Visual Composer. When Yoast SEO plugin is activated, then it will not allow to edit page and save settings using visual composer. Sorry for that, but can you please check again?

I have visual composer nd seo yoast installed but cannot see any issue. Are you sure you have just these 2 plugins active? It works fine on our end. Please disable all other plugins except visual composer and yoast, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again.

Sorry but we do not own a copy of the premium package and testing a plugin is not as easy as it sounds. if the plugin does not work out of the box, it means the theme requires adjustments made to it in order to work with the plugin. Sorry but since the plugin is not tested, there is no solution I can offer in this regard. Please try a few debugging yourself and disable all other plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Also check any settings that might make the plugin not work properly. Disable any extra options that are not provided in the free plugin and test again to see exactly which option is the not working one.
