I have just purchased the theme and I am getting an error on installation.
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.
I would like to get a refund please as I don’t feel comfortable using a theme that has problems from installation.

You can request a refund on envato if you want, but this is not a problem from the start. The theme has a few requirements that your host must fulfill in order for the theme to work properly. It is something the theme requires to run properly, not a theme bug.
