Instagram data can not load.

Dear,

We tried to install the Instagram plug-in multiple times,
but we always get the message: Instagram data error: Instagram html data cannot be retrieved
Our plug-in is on, we filled in everything, 6 posts, one row.. and so on.

Hi,

Please check this using another instagram id and see if you get the same error. If the issue persist even if you change the ID, then I suspect that you have a security module on your server that blocks this, so I suggest to ask also your host about this.
If you want you can send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access so we can take a closer look. Also paste a link to this topic so we can identify you.
