Hi all.
I used the element ‘Big Grid Slide’ to show only four ‘Featured’ post in my home page. But the big one in the grid are always the newest.
There is any option to change every 6 seconds, for examples, the big post into grid with another featured post instead? There is other element that can do this instead?
Thanks,
Alex.

Hello tech.mercato,
If you want to filter your Big Grid Slide to show only the Featured posts, you should check the Block Settings and there you should select the Featured category, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/yCBe8pwD and then the Block will display only the posts from this category. Also, notice that you can set the time of autoplay slider, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Gwb2GZNUgZd
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hi Catalin.
Yes, I know how filter the category to show it in big grid slide and how set the autoplay slider.
But the autoplay slider works only if the limiti post number is > 4.
In my situation I have only 4 posts featured to display into Big Grid Slide and I would to change the position of the 4 posts into grid. For example. The newest featured post is always in the big slide on left, the other 3 in the right column. I would that after 6 seconds the featured post in the big slide on the left change with other featured post shown in the right column; after other 6 seconds other change and so on, like a rotation of the featured post in the same grid.
If I don’t explained well I’ll make a picture. đ
Thanks,
Alex.
Hello Alex,
Unfortunately our theme blocks do not have any such options. You can only place the post id;s in the block but you cannot select which post will be in which position in the block. This is done using the sorting options for posts. For example I only filter 4 posts but change the sorting from latest to oldest: http://screencast.com/t/mhIEC589iMd then the oldest post will be first. you cannot change their position live and after a couple of seconds as you want it. The blocks do not have any such functionality.
Thank you!
