Hello jiyef,
Please provide more details about your problem so I can understand what you mean. I have tested again the Translation on my side and everything seem to work as properly and I have not encountered any issues in this regard. Disable all your active plugins, leave just Visual Composer turned on and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Catalin , thanks for your answer 🙂
My problem is the same as other members had reported on the board. The automatic tranlsation are not loading in the tranlation panel …
FYI..after looking about your advice on the board for the same issue to other members, I’ve tryed
– Different browser …. IE / Firefox / Chrome . ( All browser’s plugin disabled )
– From my laptop and my notebook
– From 2 different location …
– Fresh clean install of the wordpress / theme on another domain …
– Even try old newspaper 6.5 too … same issue… no loading.
i know it’s a ‘minor’ issue, as i can translate eatch strings myself… but, i like to understand what’im doing wrong … ;o)
Is some other members had resolved this probleme by ther own without you direct intervention by loggin’in yourself in the admin ?

Just wondering… is the theme must be activated to be able to load the translation ? or this function is not linked to the theme registration ?
Hello jiyef,
Please keep in mind that the Translation feature is fully compatible and tested with the theme and seems to work as properly until now. Unfortunately, more and more users report having this problem with Translation but when we try to see where the problem is on their site, it works. We cannot recreate this issue to our side. Therefore, please provide as many details about your configuration because the reasons that can cause this error are quite different. Also, please try to disable anything else which you think that influence the good functioning of the theme -> Ad Blocker, try the theme on more than one browsers.
Also, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look to your setup page and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Please provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
