Theme Deactivtaed – lost all settings – won't reactivate

My site was up and running fine until a day ago or so. All my theme settings were gone – that’s when I noticed the “activate” tab was there so I tried to reactivate it. It says “thanks for activating” then it’s still not activated. I tried manual activation and the same thing happened.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the theme, turned off all plugins – stil nothing.

I have a staging site so I thought maybe I needed a 2nd license – bought a 2nd license and it still won’t work.

Pease help.
