Fail to retrieve some featured images from youtube

Hi, featured image retrieve does not work with some videos. Just tried to add one, didnt get the pic, then i tried another video, it got. but with first video, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfZ1pKILtwM) i couldnt make it get automatically. twitter video worked perfect.

Hello,

Please make sure you set your post format to video before pasting the video url in the featured video box. I just tested the video you mention and the image is grabbed without issues: http://screencast.com/t/fPERSPJ0
Please also test this without plugins as there could be a plugin conflict affecting the thumb.

Hi, it works with other videos, but not with that. video post format already chosen. Weird problem.

I tested it and it worked on my end on my first try. If you still cannot get that particular video to show, please contat us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate. And please be a bit patient as there are lots of messages we have to answer and it can take a bit of time before we can get to everyone. Sorry for the inconvenience but black Friday is always a crazy time.
