Front-End Submission

Hello,

How can i allow user’s to submit posts from the front-end?
I’m using the Recipes theme.

You would likely need a custom plugin; there are various, including Gravity Forms and the like, but vary wildly and it depends on whether you want people to pay or not.

Note that most of the “good” ones are not free, so ….
that being said, here is one example of a free version; with optional paid support
