Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for the Pinterest social icon to display the followers, sorry! If you want to have this option, you should edit the Social Counter plugin and implement it yourself this functionality because we cannot provide custom work, sorry! Another alternative for you would be to use a plugin which allows you this functionality ad see how it will work with your theme.
