I was only able to download visual composer un version 4-12-1, is V5 be available ?

It is updated when theme is updated. See the stick post top of forum on how to update info.
Next theme version expected in December, after WordPress 4.7 released. Which is typically when many theme vendors push an update to ensure compatibility.
