Hi,
1- does this theme support info, note, error and tip boxes ? like in this picture ?
I have to post sometimes an apps that goes for free, after the deals is over I want to warn the visitors that this offer is ended so ? http://prntscr.com/ddr7ut

2- I want to have like this in website ? how can I do it ?

You can do a lot with the shortcodes built in to the visual editor .. try them out to see what is actually there.

Short codes has only little things not that much look what I have there ? everything I ask for is not there ?

Please keep in mind that all the buttons which you have explained above you can do it with Visual Composer. Please check all the functionality of Visual Composer and try to do it manually. Regarding on this -> http://prnt.sc/ddr8pl , please notice that you can do that using some HTML code to create a table, like this -> http://www.tablesgenerator.com/html_tables
What the mean that Taps? Provide more details.
