Block category filtering problem

Hi,

I added a Block21 to a col in a Row. I set it to filter by category listing the ones to include and to exclude, ordering the result in random order. When I check it live, the page shows me a list of post not included in the filter. As suggested I left the default setting (‘All categories’) in the Category Filter and I specified the IDs in the “multiple category filter”.
Any suggestion?

Hello,
Please use this guide to filter your blocks properly. Maybe there is something you missed in the block settiongs: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Let us know how it goes and if you still have trouble with this , please provide a link to your block settings so we can see how you set it up.

Hi Bogdan, thanks for your reply.
I’ll try as suggested. The site is still in development mode, so I can’t provide a URL for verification. If it doesn’t work I’ll open a new thread.
