I’ve configured the details for my websites server properly but I’m still having issues with the theme panel, it’s not saving any of the settings that I put into place, which means I can’t proceed with developing my website on the theme that I purchased. We needed a new website up ASAP so this is fairly frustrating, please resolve asap.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
If you use wordfence, please set wordfence’s firewall to learning mode
