Hi, before the uptade it works propertly but after update the same image size as before ar not cropped on big grid slide (on the big image and the three smal on the right). It appear with a grey background because of the not.-cropping.
How i can fix it, thanks!

Your site is not using a thumbnail on the slide. It uses the full image. Please make sure the thumbs are active and regenerate all thumbs after you activate thumbs.

Hi, as i told you, we create at least 5 new post/articles everyday. Thumbnails are activated since de first time and it works well before the last update of the theme, so regenerate thumbnails doesnt do anything because is the own theme which doesnt create them when we upload an image and it doesnt show propertly at the grid slide on the home page.

And they are thumbs, not the full image cropped like before. You maybe had caching that prevented you from seeing the change. Please check again. Hi, they are not ok, it might be on the screen you are watching the website. I have also checked in 4 different screens and in 3 of them the image is cropped on the bottom in the big image and on one side on the small images.

Did you clear your browser cache? did you try from another device? Thumbs look ok on each browser on my end. They show thumbs, not the original image: http://screencast.com/t/z7oUH6NWg
I cannot help with an issue I cannot see. I have tried your site from a different machines and different browsers but the thumbs are ok on each one. I did not send you any image with a broklen thuimb as I would have been able to see the issue if I had. Take a lokk at what I have sent you. Test from a different machine or browser.
