I bought the Newspaper theme, and with it came visual composer plugin and rev slider, but I want to activate them too, by buying the theme should I see a license of the plugins too or should I buy them to activate them?

These plugins are provided free of charge and do not have an activation code. Please ignore the activation messages provided by these plugins as the bundled version does not have an activation code.
