Could you please support me how to localize Newspaper in my language (vietnamese)?
I see .mo and .po files in folder wp-content/theme/Newspaper/translation but I do not know how to use it.

Unfortunately the theme panel cannot be translated from the theme settings. If you want to translate it, you will have to edit the code to do so. The panel is located here: http://screencast.com/t/JQ0HwTazab

Hello,
I think you mention the block titles on the homepage. Those are not ‘fixed’ elements. You can access the page in visual composer and add or remove elements, or edit the existing ones using the block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Please load the translation from the theme panel and if an element is not translated it means it is not translatable meaning it has to be changed from another place. On pages usually it ca be changed from visual composer.

You are right, those strings are titles of blocks. I Changed them from here wp-admin/widgets.php and it is done.
