Unfortunately, most likely was a problem when you have made this update and that’s why you cannot access your dashboard. In this case, you should restore your backup and then you should try re-install your WordPress. Do you have the backup for your data? Notice that for each update (of theme or WordPress) you should make a backup to be safe because as always unforeseen problems may arise.
