How to add Line share button on Mobile Post ? by default it comes with WhatsApp button when we open a post on mobile device ?

You will need a button code from the network though.

Do i need to add the code again whenever i update theme or only once ?
If the file you edit will be changed, you will have to re-make the customization. There is no update proof way of modifying the theme files.
