Some of our visitors when they try to like the a certain article on our site they are prompted to login first to facebook. Everytime they try to like it always asks them to login eventhough they are already logged in.

Hello jaypee,
Do you are referring to the Facebook Classic Like, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/P8PNX18az? I have liked your post page and seems to work as properly and I did not saw any problem. Where is the problem with Facebook Like Login? Provide some useful screenshots or make a video to explain this behavior. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet nad rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for the message!

Hello jaypee,
I have checked to Like a post from your Website, using the Classic Like on Facebook feature and seems to wok as properly, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/S1OLksDGjvEa It is working as properly. You should be logged in on Facebook before giving a Like.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello jaypee,
I have checked on our demo on mobile mode and this issue does not appear. You can try yourself and you will see that I am right. This type of problem appears only for your website, sorry! Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If you are using some untested plugins, please keep in mind that all of these can interact with the theme packet and cause a lot of unknown issues, like this. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and then check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Note that some people are asked to re-login to Facebook if from mobile IP or if not recently logged in. This has nothing to do with the theme — meaning, when somebody is “sent” to FB to “like” something, they need to be logged in — this is handled on the FB system, NOT by the theme.
