how to set up the slider full width
how to set up the slider full width

Hello,

This setting is done from revolution slider-> slide settings: http://screencast.com/t/zfWzq7SzKeX
IOf the site is boxed however, there is no way of adding a slider to the full width of the container. There is a padding preventing the slider to stretch to the full width of the container. Unfortunately this padding cannot be removed as we do not recommend altering the theme width

Thank you!

But it was possible in previous versions of themes (in the version prior to 7.5)

Yes, we know but in the current version the layout will not allow it to behave like that anymore. There were a few changes to the layout in 7.5 and there cannot be anything beyond the layout except for full width elements. This is the way it was supposed to be in previous versions as well.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is it possible to set up an image that will occupy the full width of the container

Sorry but if the rev slider cannot go past the padding, nothing will be able to. You cannot add particular padding for a specific element. Sorry You can use a stretched row in visual composer if you want to have full width elements but you cannot have an image occupy the padding and the text not. Html does not work like that. If a padding is added, then nothing inside the container will go past it.
Thank you!

I know I’m a little boring, but is there any way that page of the site looks identical to the post (see Figure below). That under the main menu have a picture full width and then below that follows the content of the page. Thank you for your efforts.

That is a different matter with the parralax images. There are a few tricks to do it, yes.
I think I may have found one of them using the design options tab of a row in visual composer. You can add your element inside a row in visual composer and add negative margins to the row in visual composer thus making it go beyond the padding.
Here is an example with a single image element:
make sure the image is on a separate row: http://screencast.com/t/SkbcWRknMAI
access row settings and add the negative margins like so: http://screencast.com/t/bKl3Vbgq

I hope this helps.
