Menu and width size in Mobile

Hello,

The search drop down and menu doesn’t seem to work on mobile devices.

Also, the website is wider than expected in mobile devices and it allows users to swipe left and right.

We think it must have something to do with the images in articles, since the posts without images doesn’t seem to have the same problem.

Examples: Post without image – Post with image

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thanks for the reply. We’ve disabled all plugins and the problem still persists.

You still have a js error in your console. Do you use any js minification tool or do you use a child theme? The js gets broken from somewhere and if it;s not a plugin that means there is another cause. Please try to restore the theme to it;s default code as much as possible and switch to the main theme if you use a child theme.

Hi Bogdan,

Thanks again for your reply. We used minification from W3TC and Cloudflare. I’ve disabled both of them and nothing has changed.

We do not use child theme and did not add any type of custom codes in theme settings.
