Hi,
in the featured post image i see that the theme use as dimension a “srcset” tag with 681×362 dimension o image.
So the featured image, with max-width of 1021, doesn’t show great.
How i can modify this setting and tell to theme to take the original size (1021 of with) for featured image?

Try to disable all the plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I noticed that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme packet and cause a lot of unknown issues. If you are using the Jetpack plugin, you should disable the Photon plugin because this is a more problematic one and cause a lot of issues.
If is not what you mean, provide some useful screenshots to explain your problem.
