I have been using the theme for several months with no such problems. Just appeared the last few days. Also appeared on a few pages but when I recreated as new pages the problem went away. Seems to be associated with only a few categories.
Any suggestions?

Do you have a shortcode in the post? Did you have something like Locations plugin active at one time?
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thanks for the help. It appears to be a conflict with AdRotate. Seeking support from them now.
The issue was promptly resolved thanks to an updated provide by AdRotate.
