If i select a subcategory like Mobile->iPhone on a post, sidebar doesn’t show up on the post. If i make it just Mobile instead Mobile with iPhone, sidebar comes agein.

If you are using the Mobile Theme, the sidebar will not be displayed in mobile mode. Otherwise, if you are using the default theme version, on mobile, the sidebar will appear at the bottom of each page. Do you are using the mobile theme for your side? Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

The widget are is empty, i think you may have set an empty widget area in Theme Panel -> Categories – http://screencast.com/t/iQLBM0vqpMhq
Check your Post -> Categories area to see if there are any posts in the iPhone subcategory.
Also check Theme Panel -> Categories -> iPhone to see what widget area is set on it.
