As first thanks for your great theme, very nice job. For me are the pagespeed very important from SEO perpectiv.
After installung WP Super Cache like your docu and setting, I get the Content-Encoding failure (if I not logged in).
My hosting company told me, that everything are correct from his perspectiv and they support Super Cache. But the problem is still there.
Do you have any ideas, what the problem can be? http://www.rudii.ch
I can give as well the login datas if you want to check it. But I can not use this theme still the problem are still here.

I have checked your site but could not see any such error. Please provide more details and a screenshot of the issue so we can see it and know where to look for it. I cannot see any error at all on your site.
