I read your documentation but could not find an answer on how to do the following:
I would like to move My Latest Articles block from its current location to the Most Popular (Block 12) location and move the Most Popular block to My Latest Articles location. I see the Most Popular (block 12) in the Visual Composer but do not see My Latest Articles block.
1. Can I do this in the Visual Composer? Move these Blocks?
2. If Yes, how please?
Also, I would like to move the News Category block from its current location to under the Must Read block but I don’t see the News Category block in the Visual Composer.

Moving things around is not part of the theme settings but rather customization. It’s never easy to move things around from their initial intended place. The most popular block is a sidebar element. It cannot be added inside the post content easily. You will have to add it in each post by hand as the post content is not like a sidebar. You will have to create a block in visual composer and set it up as you prefer, then copy it’s shortcode in classic mode (mce editor) and paste it inside the post content for each post in particular.
As for the second part, the block titles do not define a block. It is simply a title we added for it as an example. It is not a fixed element. You can create a block in visual composer and give it any title you want: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

A bit confused with you talking about a sidebar element that it cannot be added inside the post easily. The Home Page is not a post is it? I’m confused!
Why is so difficult to move the Home Page blocks? Some I was able to just drag them to move them. I just don’t see My Latest Articles block.
How about changing the short code order of the Home Page?
Oh..sorry there was a misunderstanding. I though you meant the related articles on posts.
If this is on a page then you can use visual composer easily and move blocks to what position you like.
The latest articles is a bit trickier though as if you want it moved, you will need to use an other page template that does not have the latest articles section: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/ and then simply create a block you can name “latest articles” and place it where you want on the page.

2. I moved the Most Popular block down to where the Latest Articles was but the “sidebar” disappeared-it does not display. What went wrong? How do I bring back the sidebar? Sorry…
3. Now the Home Page displays 2 Latest Articles. The top one is fine but how do I delete the bottom one? I don’t see the block at the bottom to be able to delete it.

1. The latest articles is different from a block. It is a section added by the page template as the guide in my previous reply shows. Since it;s not a standard block it cannot be moved around. But the alternative is not tu use the pagebuilder + latast articles template and simply create a block you want and filter it to show the posts that you want by changing it’s block settings
2. The sidebar in visual composer is created on a split row. You split a row in a 2/3 + 1/3 layout and you have to place content in the single column on the right (or left depending on preference)

Well As I said above, it is not a visual composer element. It is added by the theme . If you want to remove it you should change the page template: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
There are 3 templates. Only 1 of them contains the element.
