I am trying to run a mixed newspaper and podcast website. The newspaper side of it is working well. I think it is all working as I hoped.
What I am not getting to work is the audio player on the blocks for Powerpress.
I have the option “Display media / links in: WordPress Excerpts” selected, but no media player is showing up.
I can get away with posting the player into a text block, but this means re-working the home page for every new podcast.
Any help gratefully received.
Sorry but our theme blocks were not tested with any plugins. Our blocks are created custom and I doubt any plugin can tie into the code. Plugins are created on the standard wordpress code. In order to have a plugin affect our blocks it will have to be created specifically for the newspaper blocks. I suggest using a different implementation method specified by the plugin author.
