If you want to change the author link then there is no setting for this The link is grabbed dynamic for each authors. Here is where the code is being created: http://screencast.com/t/QY5cN8bB8K81
You can either alter the code if you have the proper skills or use a redirect plugin to redirect from the current author url to another custom one.
