Can you help? I barely know it has nothing to do with plugins but something wrong on the css file or menus .. I am thankful for your help.

It appears the error points to the wodrpress directory. Please try to switch to a wp default theme to see if the error is still there. You can try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also if you use a child theme you can try to switch to the main theme.

I already try to switch to a wp default theme to see, default theme working well no issue found but when activate Newspaper theme error is still there. I am also try try to disable all plugins except visual composer but problem not solved.
