Menu Keeps Disappearing – Keep Having to Re-Add

At the top it says, “CLICK HERE – TO SELECT OR CREATE A MENU”.

I click on it, enter the menus, and they’re set. 5 minutes later, the menu is gone and it asks for me to re-add the menu. I’ve done this numerous times.

Any ideas what’s causing the problem? (not using any caching plugin, yet)

Hello flyway,

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and check the results.

Can you tell me which plugins you notice, in particular? I’m only using a handful and they’re important to our site. I had no idea paying for a theme means you can ONLY use 4 plugins.

Please keep in mind that any plugin that is not on this list and is used in theme can cause problems.
