Hello tagdiv,
I have used a custom font in our site thither.website/wbg
We used a woff file which came with the font files we purchased, once uploaded.
There is a issue of it not appearing in all the devices. We thought it was a caching issue but it doesnt get resolved even upon clearing cache.
Most devices especially mobile devices cant read the font.
Currently we can add 3 custom fonts (Refer to http://imgur.com/a/S2Ore)
can you help us to add more because there are many extensions for each font. (Such as bold italics and etc.) Refer to http://i.imgur.com/lBBpHH0.png
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
As for more custom fonts, you will have to edit the theme files like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/xYLB4ty7
Thank you!
Hello Bogdan,
Thank you for the instructions on adding more custom fonts.
We have tried disabling all plugins except visual composer, cleared cache, we dont use cdn. All this done and the font issue still persists.
Here are the screenshots

After disabling Plugins : http://i.imgur.com/nRYJaHS.jpeg
Is there any other way to fix the font issue.
Are you maybe using a child theme. Do you have any custom code added to the theme files?
Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect the fonts issue ourselves. If you do not want to provide it here, please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide it there as well as a link to this conversation so I know what the email is about.
Thank you!
