Hi,
Whenever I share my website’s link on whatsapp, I cannot see the thumbnails. How can I address this issue?

Hello rehanahmadjamal,
Please keep in mind that the theme loads the proper markup but the Whatsup will not show this, sorry! Notice that this “problem” is not theme related. It is related just Whatsup.

But some thumbnails appear and others don’t. The problem is not there always but sometimes. any idea?

Hello rehanahmadjamal,
Check all the plugins used by you. If you have some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and leave just only which are tested with the theme and which come bundled with the theme packet.
