Hi
I have to mobile add on for my page Bloggeravisen.no
I have followed the Guided docs.
In the mobile version the grids are not showing on the front page ( home) only latest articals. I have checked in back end that the template is on defulte on the mobil editor.
Hello Bloggeravisen,
Please keep in mind that the mobile theme will display only the Featured posts in Top Grids and therefore if you do not have Featured posts, the theme will display nothing. Check your panel and see if you have or not post in Featured Category, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wPVqy6oNU9
Thanks for your understanding!
I have another question about mobile version…
I write for http://urbanista.com.tr/
If you check the website from your phone, you’ll see that our header add doesn’t fit the page. What’s the problem here?
thank you
Hello ironsea,
I have checked your website on the mobile device and I notice that your header will not disappear from mobile. It is strange because the mobile version will hide it. Do you have added some code which forces this header to be in this section and for mobile devices? Try to revert the theme to the default state, disable all the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
The company that gave us the add send us a special code. And it must be always like that actually.
The code is like this:
<script src=”http://bs.serving-sys.com/BurstingPipe/adServer.bs?cn=rsb&c=28&pli=20209650&PluID=0&w=728&h=90&ord=%5Btimestamp%5D”></script>
<noscript>
</noscript>
Hi,
It could, but you would still need to show the code based on the device your site’s view uses so you would need to add and load all your ad versions and show them based on device’s width.
Other way would be if that banner would be responsive and auto adjust based on the device.
Hope this helps!
Thanks!
