In my theme, I will make tags for my posts/pages they will appear, but when I go to publish/update they will disappear as well, they do not show up in the post manager box.
Help please.

Please also test this without all your plugins disabled and make sure you empty all caches and if this still occurs provide wp access via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will have a closer look at this.
