My advice is to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. I do not know what types of the plugin you are using on your website but notice that you use some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Notice that all of the untested plugins used by you can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. To be safe, rule out all of them and check the result with the theme in the default state. Most likely, all of these errors happens due to your theme configuration or untested plugins used by you, sorry!

Please keep in mind there are a lot of online tools which check your code source but not all are valid and verified theme, sorry! If you want to check your website, you should check it on Google Structured Data, like this -> https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool
