how can I activate comments on a site…
i have moved my site from WordPress.com to WordPress.org and imported all my things…
the comment are not shown on my sites…

Unfortunately I’m not sure the comments will get passed over from .com to .org but I could be wrong. Please check the official wordpress docs: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/ as your theme uses the default comments of wordpress. make sure the comments are present before activating the theme

the transferred successfully all comments from WordPress.com to WordPress.org. I see the comments in the admin panel, but not on my site…
but its not shown on my site. I can’t see it.
the commentfunction is only in blogposts activated but not on static sites. Why?
How is to activate ?
