Dear Support.

I updated my website.. 7.1 to 7.6.1
I use Collapse-O-Matic plugin in author page – (http://arsboni.hu/author/korim-balazs/) version 7.1 is working fine but after the update is not working…

Hello Gyuree8282,

This plugin has not been tested with the theme ever, and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not. Also, it is possible to be some interference between the latest version and this plugin and that’s why it will not work. Also, notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

I try other shortcode in the author section, but not working.. but 7.1 version is working any shortcode..
Can u help me?

Hello Gyuree8282,

I do not know what type of shortcode you have added in your author settings, sorry! Notice that the theme updating does not influence this way regarding on what types of shortcodes which you have added in your backend, sorry! If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you.
