How to show the update date of posts?

Hello, I want to add the date of the last update of the article (post), if its possible how can I do that?

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for it, sorry! You should try using a plugin with this functionality or also, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
