I’m a new user of the Newspaper theme, that i’ve bought recently. I’m currently in the process of adapting the content of my website, which was using another news theme, and globally i’m very happy with your wonderful theme. Congratulations for this beautiful work.
That said there are a few things that are either not working as intended, or that i still don’t understand (even after reading the documentation …).
I’ll create different topics for each case. The first one being that i can’t get automatically the translation in the theme panel. I tried yesterday, after clicking on the language for my country, nothing happens. I’ve waited, searched here in the forum, and seen that other users had this problem. I’ve tried again today, still nothing loading in the language tab. Well, you get the idea.
Is there a way to download the language pack from somewhere else than the theme panel ? It would be useful in this case, so i could upload myself the necessary files. If not, could you help me solve this problem ?

Unfortunately there is an issue with the translation loading for the moment and we are looking into it searching for solutions. Until we do find a viable solution please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can login and load the translation for you. It works for us every time.
