IS it possible to remove Theme Comment Section.Because I am planning to put Facebook Comment Section

If you use Facebook comments, or DisQus it will just replace the existing comments section, no need to turn them off (WordPress > Settings > Discussion).
I wouldn’t switch to Facebook comments though, you will find it reduces the number of people who will comment. Use Disqus if you replace the wordpress comments.
