Click on the name of the author on top of the post,buttom or anywhere is sent to the home page! Instead of a page which entails that particular authors post and more.

It could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

1. Where do I find the redirect link to disable that?
2.I have disabled and cleared cache as you suggested but problem still exist
3.The only custom code I use is this one , which was given to me by your colleague when I wanted the Featured image to aligned with my top article ad >> ….And the problem existed even before it was given to me

Please check your htaccess file as there can be redirects created directly in that file. If you still have this issue please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can login and investigate.
