Text not displaying properly in Firefox

Hey guys,

I have the strangest problem. Today I noticed it on my webpages in Firefox. It’s only on the pages and not in the posts, so I’m guessing it has something to do with VC.

There are unexplainable random gaps between the text. I have thoroughly checked all the text in the Text editor, there is no code to explain the problem. When I use developer tools, Firefox tells me there are breaks between the text, but there really aren’t any.

For example on this page: http://bit.ly/2kSFeFb

There is a gap in this text, but I can’t figure out how to fix it

Het navigatieadres voor het vliegveld is:
Ceintuurbaan Zuid
Schiphol, Haarlemmermeer

As you can see below, there is no code in the text editor:

Het navigatieadres voor het vliegveld is:
Ceintuurbaan Zuid
Schiphol, Haarlemmermeer

This is just an example, I see it on all my pages. I’m lost. Where does Firefox find these breaks?

“gap in this text” – this is pressed <Shift + Enter> two times – <br> code.

Hey Edward,

Thanks for your reply, but I haven’t pressed it twice. Only once. When I type the exact same thing below it, it happends again. And if there really was a <br> wouldn’t you see it in other browser too? Even on the mobile Firefox it doesn’t show.

Hello,
Please check your post content in html mode and remove all the br tags and see if you still see the issues. There are br tags after some elements but missing after the ones that get the gap. There are br tags on your content on every browser but firefox seems to interpret them differently.
Thank you!

Well there are on the front end: https://www.screencast.com/t/9xqBnbjYN
This looks more and more like a plugin conflict.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!
