Hi,
I just bought the Newspaper theme via Themeforest (or Envato Market as you will). After downloading it, I subscribed to this Forum by using my purchase code. This went smooth. After this, I unzipped and installed the theme in WordPress. I succesfully installed and activated both te Visual Composer and tagDiv Social Counter. Then, I tried to activate Newspaper. I pasted my Envato purchase code, but after clicking on the activation button, I got the message:
“The envato API is down and we can’t verify your purchase code. Please try again later. Sorry about this.”
When I tried the manual activation, I get the message saying that my purchase key is not valid.
What to do?

Please try the automatic process again as the envato servers tend to have a few hick-ups every once and a while. Try it again and see if it works. If you still cannot get it to work please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site, wp-admin and your envato purchase code.
