I am losing money because I use certain post template which now all of a sudden refuses to display the adverts on them.
Here is a normal post template https://www.fashionghana.com/site/pics-why-bob-braids-might-just-be-the-right-look-for-you/
on it you can see an advert right below the featured image and a google advert below it. Further down at the end of the post below my facebook comments you can also see woo commerce products.
Unfortunately that is hidden from post template style 6 which show none of those as seen here….

How can this be fixed?

This is because smart lists are a different type of posts. They are not a standard post and will ignore any at all post ads. That means the article top, article inline and article bottom ads will not show up when a smartlist is present. There are smartlist ads though in the theme panel ad section but not for all smart lists.
