I post several news a day and would like to specify hours for each. Is there any way for me to do that?

You can add the time in the custom date setting like so: F j, Y, g:i A : http://screencast.com/t/vkDY3VK2o and now you will have something like this: http://screencast.com/t/xbt8qgRy7k6s
