I’m running Newsmag, and everything is updated and works. I have a Widgetised Sidebar (Newsmag default) with the stuff I want in it. I have newly installed Woocommerce with no problems. I have a variety of plugins, but have already tried turning them all off.
First question: I don’t want my sidebar on my Shop Page. How do I turn it off? I’ve tried a variety of things, but no matter what I do, on the Shop page, I always see the contents from my sidebar BELOW where products would be shown. (I have tried editing the Shop page and changing the Sidebar position and even created a custom empty sidebar, but it doesn’t change anything.)
Also, on the shop page, everything is shoved over to the left. There is zero space between content and the left edge of the browser. How do I fix that?
Thanks,
Richard
Hello RichardU,
Please keep in mind that the Woocommerce template can be controlled from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/O3MqFCaqx
Hope this helps!
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about what you want to achieve so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Okay. Look at Freedomite.com and you will see my sidebar has an amazon ad, a search bar, and a category listing.
Now look at my shop and you will see that those elements are below the (empty) product area. Why? And why is the product area shoved over to the left side?
My settings are: here. (Non Sidebar is a sidebar I made up that contains nothing.)

is my shop page. I have one product entered. Why is it shown twice? Why is the Amazon ad, search bar, and category list shown? It doesn’t make any sense to me.
