Both in going to wp-admin page browser states site not secure and viewer of main page at
http://iontb.com are getting same response.
System status on admin page shows
WP Home URL i http://iontb.com
WP Site URL i https://iontb.com
They are set correctly on the General tab and can not figure out why the site url is https

Hello,
Please make sure wordpress is set up properly before using the theme. Switch to a WP default theme first and see if the issue is still there. If it is, then you will have to make sure WordPress is up and running properly before applying the theme.
